The U of M Club of Greater Chicago and Sports Power Weekends, Inc. are teaming up to offer Michigan fans in the Chicago area an opportunity to support the squad on the road against Notre Dame.
Coach buses will be running from The Diag Bar & Grill to Notre Dame Stadium starting at 1 PM CT on Saturday, September 22, giving fans more than three hours to tailgate prior to the 7:30 PM ET kickoff. The buses will return to The Diag shortly after the conclusion of the game.
What: Roundtrip coach buses to Notre Dame Stadium and tailgate opportunity for Michigan fans in Chicago to support the team against Notre Dame.
Where: Buses will depart from The Diag Bar & Grill (formerly Jack’s Bar & Grill), located at 2856 North Southport Ave in Chicago (phone: 773-404-8400).
How much: Bus spots can be reserved for $59. This includes:
- Roundtrip bus spot from Chicago to South Bend
- Free hot dog and draft beer at The Diag
- Half-priced appetizers at The Diag prior to bus departure
- A spot to tailgate with Michigan fans prior to kickoff in the bus parking lot
- Snacks and bottled water on the bus
- People can bring their own beverages on the bus
- All taxes and fees
Why: Because we are all looking forward to ripping out Notre Dame’s collective heart once again. Go Blue!
